These terms and conditions of sale are entered into on the one hand by Alfonce Production, registered in the trade and companies register of Clermont-Ferrand, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Alfonce Production website, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".

Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time, however, the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
The prices shown do not include order processing, shipping, and delivery fees. These will be detailed at the end of the order process.
Orders
A customer wishing to purchase a product or service must:

Withdrawal
Customers who are private individuals and not professionals benefit from the legal withdrawal period from the delivery of their order to return the product to Alfonce Production for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. It must be returned without any creases or damage. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Payment methods
Payment is due upon ordering. Payments will be made by credit card. They will be processed through a secure connection using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring that the transmitted information is encrypted and that no third party can access it during transmission over the internet.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
The customer assumes all risks from the moment the products leave Alfonce Production's premises. In case of damage during transport, a formal complaint must be filed with the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.

Responsibility
Alfonce Production, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means and cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the internet network such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional problems.
For deliveries outside of France, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that the ordered item complies with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition, distribution agreements, etc.). Alfonce Production will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of Alfonce Production will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Dispute resolution
These online sales terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the court of Clermont-Ferrand.
